In accordance with diocesan guidelines, our Confirmation program now includes students from 8th through 12th grade. It is a one-year program that provides ongoing support before, during, and after the sacrament. This approach is fully aligned with the diocesan Engage, Equip, Send framework. Confirmation is open to all parish youth, whether they attend Catholic, private, or public schools.
As Catholics we are called to develop an intimate relations with the God of Love. Following the example of Jesus Christ, we can open our lives to the fullness of God’s grace and respond through our compassionate love for one another.
Confirmation continues the promise made by parents at the baptism of their son or daughter. At baptism, parents were told “to make it their constant care to bring up their child in the practice of faith.”

- December 14 – 6:40 PM VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY - Decorating the Church for Christmas
- December 19 – 6:00 PM VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY - Sorting the Giving Tree Items
- December 20 – 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM - VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY - Helping St. Vincent de Paul with the Giving Tree Pick up

- March 29, 2026 - Service Project – Confirmation candidates meet to fill Easter Eggs for the Easter Egg Hunt. Each Candidate is asked to contribute 2 dozen plastic eggs and at least 2 bags of wrapped candy that will fit in the eggs. (NOT PART OF REQUIRED VOLUNTEER TIME) – Eggs will be filled during Family Faith Formation
